Scout Vineyards is the newest winery in the Finger Lakes, and they have made a 2020 Nouveau wine from Marquette grapes. This is an extremely hardy red grape variety developed by the University of Minnesota. It is sometimes described as a cousin to Frontenac and grandson of Pinot Noir.
