This month before the lilacs bloom might be the most beautiful time of the year in Highland Park, with the first cherries and magnolias starting to bloom along with all the bulbs. Jean Westcott’s shop The Artful Gardener, is right across Mt. Hope Avenue from Highland Park and adjacent to Mt. Hope Cemetery.
